Develop a high-fidelity, navigable prototype of the MVP for a content creation app using Artificial Intelligence and Virtual/Augmented Reality within 6 months, with the goal of presenting it in an investment round.
I designed and refined the user journey and conducted market research to analyze apps with similar functionalities.
I created low-fidelity prototypes and validated solutions with stakeholders.
I recruited and managed an additional designer, who assisted in creating the interface and was responsible for implementing the Design System.
I led design rituals such as Design Planning, Review, and Critique, and together with the team, we delivered a high-quality MVP, reducing the estimated timeframe in 3 months.
Additionally, I collaborated with the marketing team to develop a brand identity aligned with the product's needs.
