I assumed the role of leading the Designers team at Banco Pernambucanas. Leveraging insights gleaned from the app's analytics, we embarked on a comprehensive redesign initiative focused on enhancing the Onboarding/Sign Up experience and crafting a new Home interface tailored to meet the needs of our customers. Our journey towards this solution began with thorough research, delving into industry best practices for seamless onboarding processes within banking apps. We conducted extensive benchmarking, analyzing both traditional banks and innovative market players. From initial rough sketches to the refinement of interface elements, we iterated diligently to validate the flow and usability of our proposed designs. Utilizing Figma, we brought our vision to life through an animated prototype, ensuring a dynamic and engaging user experience that aligned seamlessly with Banco Pernambucanas' brand identity and customer expectations.
